ALL of our 90 minute parties (Standard Sport/Disco & Mega Combo) have a minimum of 12.
Our 120 minute Deluxe packages have a minimum of 16.
A 12 guests deposit is required to book a party. We are unable to reserve or hold dates without a deposit. The final balance is paid on the day of your party. The deposit is non refundable.
We are unable to offer in the dark experiences to children under the age of 5.
Given the nature of the Glow in the Dark activities we provide, Children Under 5 years of age are not permitted to participate in any party activity. Younger siblings are welcome to attend parties but must be fully supervised at all times by a Parent/Guardian and are unable to join in supervised activities or are they the responsibility of Party Hosts.
The party hosts will entertain the invited party guests during the party and organise all the sport/disco activities. They will also split children into teams/groups and umpire/coordinate activities ensuring all children enjoy the experience regardless of ability or expertise. Party hosts will also clean up the party rooms and take care of anything you would prefer to not to take home.
NO. All parties at GlowZone are self-catered. Parents have total control and flexibility of what your party guests eat and drink. We do provide kitchenette facilities with Ovens, Microwave and Fridges for food to be prepared and served.
We request that Host Parents arrive 15 minutes to your scheduled party time. Invited Party Guests can arrive 5 minutes prior to the party scheduled start time to ensure that your party experience begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun!
A party supervisor and party host are assigned to all GlowZone Standard parties.
We are required to have 2 party hosts for all parties of 16 or more participants. Please advise us ASAP should your numbers exceed 16 to allow us to roster extra staff. Please note: A fee of $80.00 applies for an additional party host, for 16 to 29 people. An additional charge of $160 applies to numbers of 30 or more people.
For Mega parties 2 party hosts are assigned to the party. An extra staff member is assigned when party guests exceed 30 at an additional cost of $80.
All booking are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Yes. We have a freezer on site to accommodate Ice Cream Cakes. Dimensions of the freezer are 60cm (Length) x 40cm (Width) x 50cm (Depth).
Please note : Custom Ice creams often come with boards – the dimensions of the cake and board can’t exceed the above measurements.
No. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any deliveries prior to the 15 minute allocated arrival time of your party
We appreciate your cooperation in making sure your party does not run over time as other parties / functions will be booked before/after your booking. The party finishes at your scheduled finish time. Guests should be picked up at the scheduled finish time. Cleaning and pack up of the party room will commence at the scheduled finish time of the party.
EPIC Deluxe Parties are held in two time slots: morning sessions at 9:30am for Sport and 10:00am for Disco or Mega, and afternoon sessions at 4:00pm for Sport and 4:30pm for Disco or Mega.
Our Glowzone party rooms have an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a small freezer. A larger fridge and freezer are available upon request.
The breakdown and structure of your party will vary based on the package you select. However, the food and party room time are allocated for the last 30 minutes of the event.
