WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT COVID-19?

 

Our reopening is governed by strict protocols and we have a COVID-19 safe plan in place.

All visitors must enter their contact details via a QR code system. If you’re attending a party, your details will be collected in a COVID-19 contact tracing form that the host party parents will receive upon booking.

Temperatures will be checked in reception, hands need to be sanitized and all adults and staff are to wear masks.

We will also be employing social distancing protocols and the facilities will be cleaned and sanitized daily

We are taking this situation very seriously and are keeping up to date with all updates coming from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Some of the other things we are doing to ensure our venue stays COVID-19 compliant are as follows:

  • All equipment and bibs will be sanitized after every use
  • All adults and children over the age of 12 will need to wear a mask when entering our premises.
  • Contact tracing forms via QR code system
  • Temperature checks
  • All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected vigorously throughout the day
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed throughout the venue
  • Anti bacterial hand soap is available in all the bathrooms
  • All staff members have completed online COVID-19 infection control training
  • We only run one party at once, this ensures we can maximise the number of people we are allowed in our venue whilst following social distancing protocols.
  • We don’t provide food, drinks or cake. All host parents will be responsible for handling food, drinks etc
  • All kitchenette and bathroom facilities will be sanitised and cleaned after every booking

If you are expected to visit The GlowZone we ask that you do the following:

– You will need to sign in via our QR code system
– Please do not attend the centre if you are experiencing flu like symptoms such as cold, cough or sore throat.
– Temperature checks will be done if our staff deem necessary
– Hands need to be sanitised upon entering
– Hands need to be sanitised before sitting down to eat
– If you bring a drink bottle, please don’t share them with anyone
– Please refrain from high fives or shaking hands during or after the game
